You sound like you’re doing great with the dietary choices. I have a couple of supplemental recommendations for the cholesterol:
Ground flax seed – 3 to 4 tablespoons a day
EPA / DHA from fish oil – 1 to 3 grams a day
Policosanols (18 to 22 mg) with Co-Q10 (30 mg)
Not all those things have to be taken together (except for the policosanols with the coq10).
Jarrow vitamins has a very good combination formula ( http://www.jarrow.com/product-290 ). The dosage is 3 pills a day. It costs about 40.00 a month, but is well worth is. I recommend it before anything else at the store I manage. 🙂
